The SFGA offers an array of instructional services.  Everything from a 1/2 hour golf lesson to a 5 Day Golf School to a destination golf travel program. Whatever your specific needs are the SFGA can accommodate. Clinics, exhibitions, playing lessons, group lessons, junior golf camps and club fitting services are all available.

The 5 Star moniker does have specific reference. There are 5 key impact principles, The SFGA also features 5 components to the "Fields of Focus" methodology. There are 5 fundamentals to setting up to the golf ball and there are 5 important positions in the golf swing. There are also 5 aspects to preparing to hit a shot and the post shot debriefing. Purgatory is an awesome facility over all (visit purgatorygolf.com). The practice facility is fantastic. The short game complex features a 10,000 sq.ft. green with three chipping and pitching areas. It also has an expansive greenside bunker to practice from.  A separate 7,000 sq. ft. putting green is always in perfect condition. The driving range is 100 yards wide and 300 yards deep and features a bent grass hitting surface.There is also a fairway bunker to practice from.  The latest addition to the practice facility is 20 high quality artificial mats that can be used when the bent grass tee is too wet.

A good golf instruction experience should include a demonstration of HOW to achieve the desired goal an explanation of WHY is it's important. But the effectiveness depends on the collaborative efforts of Sam and the student. Use of training devices and video analysis is also important to provide the necessary "feels" and the important visual feedback. Clients are rarely disappointed and are quite often very impressed with how much progress that they do achieve.

Yes you can. It's traditionally called a "Golf School". It includes six hours of instruction on all aspects of the game. Putting, chipping, bunker play and pitch shots compose the short game aspects. Full swing with woods and irons are covered as well as the important game management component (course management and self management) strategy. There is nothing quite like totally immersing yourself in your golf game for an entire day. No distractions just you, your coach and your golf shots.  Consecutive multiple day options are available.
